The Solution
The Backstory
The late 1960s mark the pinnacle of the rise of liberation and civil rights movements that cemented equality, diversity, charitability, serviceability, responsibility, and accountability as the western society’s core civic values. However, after more than half a century of establishing these core values, we are recording no improvement in the rates of affective polarisation and the pressures of extrinsic goals of capitalism. Unfortunately, these problems are the core factors behind the spiralling cases of common mental disorders in society. Throughout the history of the western society, programs and agendas that work to cultivate these core civic values fail to establish them within the ultimate holistic organismic interconnectedness that impacts all of society. The reason is that these programs and agendas are politically and ideologically programmed so they are founded on an “us against them” ethos and over time they become compromised, very limited in vision and fall flat.
Our mission as a charity is unprecedented because we are here to establish programs that circumvent all political and ideological programming by maintaining a well-structured psychosocial methodology.
In this approach we interpret the AoIn through its charisma and virtues as the agency of core civic values, and program these interpretations into activities for schools, universities, faith groups, and corporations.
Therefore, we can conceptualise our work as promoting ultimate wellbeing of society by cultivating civic values through the interpretations of the charisma and virtues of the AoIn. We amalgamate technology, creative arts and various disciplines in social sciences.
We amalgamate technology, creative arts and various disciplines in social sciences to program these interpretations into activities under the following avenues:

Discourse e.g., seminars, lectures, speeches, presentations, and group discussions.

Expressive Arts e.g., music, dance, drama, theatre, spoken word, and poetry.

Publications e.g., podcast, blogs, documentaries, narratives, reels, music videos and library for articles, essays, books and transcripts of all audio and video presentations.

Research i.e., interdisciplinary research projects and workshop for collaborative sessions.
We further organize these activities into events under the following:
AoIn Festival
A civic values awareness and AoIn cultivation week celebrated annually involving street campaigns, parades, conferences, musical concerts, movie nights and theatre performances.
AoIn Arts
Civic values campaign organised through creative arts performances that cultivate the charisma and virtues of the AoIn in people for the ultimate wellbeing of society. These performances include talent shows, musical concerts, dance shows, spoken word, poetry, and drama.
AoIn Clubs
These are peer to peer fellowships and intervention groups in schools and universities aimed at empowering and inspiring one another through the charisma and virtues of the AoIn towards the ultimate wellbeing of society.
AoIn Talk
This involves all discourses and presentations; podcast conversations and interviews; and documentaries and narratives which highlight affective polarisation, repressive otherization, social fragmentation, woes of prioritisation of extrinsic goals, self-entitlement, normalisation of lewdness, and the commodification of degeneracy ─ as the causes of the downward spiral of mental wellbeing of society, and the need to cultivate the charisma and virtues of the AoIn.
AoIn Workshop
This include periodic collaborative work with educators to inculcate core civic values in their curriculum; periodic interactive collaborative sessions among researchers to explore and discuss new frontiers on research themes such as the charisma, schemas and virtues of the AoIn; and collaborative projects with experts to discover more potent technological and multimedia ideas and innovations on how to inculcate core civic values in the daily worldly duties of people.
