We expect LIFE to be beautiful, adorable and wholesome but the trauma and mental struggles we suffer from the abuse of society, trap and violate this beauty and innocence of life we have.
Our ultimate vision as a charity is for the western society to apprehend ultimate wellbeing. However, the spiralling case of common mental disorders is a clear indication that such an apprehension is currently unrealizable. Did you Know one out of six adults in Germany and Netherlands; one out of five adults in USA and Canada; and one out of four adults in UK experience "common mental disorders" (CMD) such as depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use disorders?

From year-to-year governments of the western society invest billions of dollars and pounds into therapy programs for common mental disorders; a remarkable commitment to the ultimate wellbeing of the western society. Notwithstanding, there are no clear cut programs that seek to alleviate the underlying problems i.e., the root causes of common mental disorders.
This is why AFF Missions SCIO exist. Now, we are not claiming to have all the answers or capacity to confront all the underlying problems. However, through the years we have worked to discover two of the core underlying problems and designed potent programs that can alleviate them. This is why we need all the support we can get to enable us amalgamate social science research, creative arts and technology to confront Affective Polarisation and Validation of Extrinsic Goals as two of the core underlying problems.
Affective polarisation is the outcome of repressive otherization and social fragmentation; it is the political, ideological and perhaps religious divergences which escalate into violations such as bullying, hate speech, bigotry, discrimination, marginalisation, and violent extremism.
Validation of extrinsic goals is all about the flaunt and flash (especially on social media) for validation; when people fail to meet the extrinsic standards that offer them societal validation and approval they fall into common mental disorders.
