Work With Us
AFF Missions SCIO works with organisations, funders, policymakers, and partners who share a commitment to prevention-led change.
We collaborate to improve social conditions, strengthen system integrity, and reduce avoidable harm before crisis occurs.
Funders & commissioners
We work with funders and commissioners interested in prevention, inequality reduction, and system improvement — including upstream and midstream approaches.
Who We Work With
Public & third sector organisations
We collaborate with organisations seeking to improve access, dignity, and equity in how systems are designed and experienced.
Policy, research & learning partners
We engage with researchers, evaluators, and policy partners to strengthen evidence, learning, and system insight.
Trustees & strategic contributors
We welcome conversations with people who can contribute governance, strategic insight, or lived-system expertise.
How We Work
Prevention-led by design
We focus on addressing conditions and systems early — not reacting once harm has escalated.
System-focused, not individualised
Our work places responsibility on structures, environments, and institutions rather than personal deficit or blame.
Evidence-aligned and accountable
Our approach is informed by public health and inequality frameworks, with clear outcomes and learning built in.
What We Don't Do
AFF Missions SCIO does not provide crisis services, individual casework, or direct support. We are not a referral pathway.
Our role is to work upstream and midstream to reduce the need for crisis intervention by improving conditions and systems.
